Strawberry Pancakes

50 gr flour
50 gr sugar
150 ml single cream
1 egg
12 gr butter
80 gr fresh strawberries

Mix flour with sugar,then add cream and egg yolks.
Whisk egg white to a stiff consistency fold into batter.
Melt half the butter into frying pan,add a little of the mixture and
sprinkle over strawberries.
As the mix bubbles turn over and cool for 2 minutes.
This recipe serves 4.
