Pumkin Pie

* 2 cups cooked drained pumpkin
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon allspice
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1 cup milk
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon cloves
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon ginger

Combine all the ingredients and place in a 9-inch pie shell. Bake in at 400 deg. F. for 10 minutes and then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
